Allen + Roth Warranty Terms

What each category covers, taken from Lowe’s own product documents.

In short

What Is the Allen + Roth Warranty?

There isn’t one. Allen + Roth warranties are set per category, and often per individual item, by whichever manufacturer made the product.

Faucets are lifetime but only against leaks and drips. Blinds and shades are limited lifetime. Bathroom vanities and closet systems are one year. Lighting ranges from one to five years depending on the fixture. None of them requires registration, and nearly all are limited to the original purchaser.

Allen + Roth warranty terms by product category

Closet systems 1 year Defects in materials or workmanship. Non-transferable. Original purchaser only Chipping, flaking, scratches, rust and dents are all excluded. Overloading voids it. The Hartford wood kit excludes the shelves themselves.

Dal-Tile offers a residential lifetime warranty. Through that company’s authorised fabricator The Sage quartz warranty does not cover seam performance. The Sage solid surface warranty does cover seam performance, but not its appearance.
Laminate flooring Structural limited lifetime Delamination-free for life, plus lifetime cover on wear-through, staining and fading. Warranted by Clarion Laminates. Material only Labor is excluded entirely. Wear has to measure at least 2 square inches to count, and loss of gloss does not count as wear.
Water-resistant laminate 30 years, prorated Residential use. Resists moisture for up to 24 hours. In writing within 30 days, on 1.888.255.3412 Prorated, so the payout shrinks over time. Miss the 30 day window and you lose the claim.

Tile and stone 1 year Manufactured products free from defect for one year from purchase. Report within 30 days of finding the defect Installing tile you can see is defective voids the warranty.

Why Allen + Roth Warranties Vary by Product

Allen + Roth is a name on products made by different companies. That is why the warranties do not line up. American Woodmark warrants the cabinetry, Clarion Laminates warrants the laminate flooring, Sage Surfaces and Dal-Tile warrant different countertops. There is no central Allen + Roth department deciding any of this.

So your warranty is whatever the manufacturer of your specific item wrote down. The copy that governs is the one in the box.

What the Allen + Roth Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Labor. Across faucets, lighting, cabinetry and flooring, the documents are consistent: you pay to remove and refit. The warranty covers the part.
  • Weather and sun. Patio warranties explicitly exclude discolouration and fading from exposure to the elements, which is the way outdoor furniture normally ages.
  • The wrong cleaner. Vanity documents single this out. If a cleaner etches or stains the stone top, that is on you.
  • Bad assembly. Closet and patio warranties void if the product was assembled incorrectly or overloaded.
  • Anything bought “as is”. Display models and clearance items are named exclusions on patio furniture.

How to Make an Allen + Roth Warranty Claim

Find your receipt. That single thing decides most claims, because the warranty runs to the original purchaser and is non-transferable nearly everywhere. If you bought the item secondhand, or inherited it with a house, you are generally outside the warranty regardless of the product’s age.

The right number and the right route vary by category. Both are on the customer service page. If the item is out of warranty and you just need the part, start here instead.

Common Questions

What Is the Allen + Roth Warranty?

There is no single Allen + Roth warranty. Terms are set per product category and often per individual item by the manufacturer that made it. Faucets carry a lifetime warranty limited to leaks and drips, blinds and shades carry a limited lifetime warranty, and bathroom vanities and closet systems carry one year.

Do Allen + Roth Faucets Have a Lifetime Warranty?

Yes, but narrower than it sounds. The official text warrants that parts will be free from leaks or drips in domestic use for as long as the original purchaser owns the faucet. It does not promise the finish will last, and it excludes commercial use. Labor for removal and installation is not covered.

Do I Need to Register My Allen + Roth Product?

No. No Allen + Roth warranty asks you to register the product. They require proof of purchase, meaning your receipt or bill of sale.

Is the Allen + Roth Warranty Transferable if I Buy Secondhand?

Almost never. Most Allen + Roth warranties run to the original purchaser and are expressly non-transferable. The notable exception is Allen + Roth quartz sold under the Sage Surfaces 30 Year Transferable Warranty, which has a defined transfer procedure.

Are Allen + Roth Patio Furniture Frames Covered for 5 Years?

Not as a rule. Frame terms of one year, three years and five years all appear across different items using otherwise identical wording, so you have to check the paperwork for your specific item.
