Allen + Roth Patio Cushions
Sold separately from the furniture, so you can replace a worn set without buying new frames. Here is how to size a replacement and what the warranty actually covers.
Prices and stock are live at Lowe’s. We do not sell anything.

Where Do Allen + Roth Patio Cushions Come From?
Lowe’s sells them as their own category, separate from the furniture sets, so a worn cushion is a replacement you can buy on its own. Stock is seasonal, which is the catch: a cushion that matches a set from a few years ago may no longer exist.
How to Measure for a Replacement
Do not order by the set name, because it changes year to year. Measure the cushion you already have, or the seat it sits on:
- Seat width, front edge, left to right.
- Seat depth, front edge to back.
- Thickness, which affects how the chair feels and sits.
- Tie position, so the new cushion actually fastens to your frame.
Chair cushions are often around 20 inches square. Deep-seat and chaise cushions run larger, so match the type as well as the measurements.
What the Warranty Covers
Two different terms apply, and it is worth knowing which one you have.
- The base furniture warranty gives cushions, straps and wicker weaves one year against defects. That is shorter than the frame, which can be one, three or five years depending on the item.
- STAINMASTER fabric carries a separate five-year warranty for premature colour fading and household food and beverage stains. It covers the fabric only, not the frame, the springs or the filling inside.
Neither term covers ordinary fading from sun and weather, which the base warranty excludes by name. Full terms are on the warranty page.
What Owners Report
Cushions draw the sharpest complaints of any Allen + Roth product. Owners have described paying around five hundred dollars for a set that lasted a single season, and the fabric and filling are the usual culprits rather than the frame. The honest read, with the defenders as well, is on is Allen + Roth a good brand.
If your set is discontinued and Lowe’s no longer stocks a match, aftermarket and generic outdoor cushions sized to your measurements are the realistic option. The discontinued products guide covers how to work that out.
Allen + Roth Patio Cushion Questions
Can You Buy Allen + Roth Patio Cushions Separately?
Yes. Lowe’s lists Allen + Roth patio furniture cushions as their own category, apart from the furniture sets, so you can buy replacements without buying new frames. Stock is seasonal, so a cushion that matches an older set may no longer be available.
What Size Are Allen + Roth Patio Cushions?
It varies by set. Chair cushions are often around 20 inches square, with deep-seat and chaise sizes for larger furniture. Measure your existing cushion rather than guessing: seat width, seat depth, thickness, and where the ties sit.
What Warranty Do Allen + Roth Patio Cushions Have?
On the base furniture warranty, cushions, straps and wicker weaves get one year against defects, shorter than the frame. Cushions made with STAINMASTER fabric carry a separate five-year warranty covering premature colour fading and household food and beverage stains, but it covers the fabric only, not the frame, springs or filling.
Why Do Allen + Roth Cushions Fade or Wear Out?
Outdoor cushions live in sun and weather, and the base warranty explicitly does not cover discolouration or fading from exposure to the elements. That is normal for outdoor fabric. The STAINMASTER five-year cover is the exception, and only for premature fading on fabric made with it.
