Allen + Roth Gazebo Canopies

The canopy is the part that fails. It is fabric, it lives outside, and Lowe’s gazebo manuals tell you to take it off in high wind, heavy rain or snow, which almost nobody does.

Lowe’s splits gazebo support in an odd way, and the manual says so directly: replacement canopies are to be bought at Lowes.com, while replacement parts go through 1-866-439-9800. The parts list in the manual backs that up. It covers bolts, a butterfly screw, a bolt nut, washers and a hex wrench. The canopy is not on it.

Why Two 10x12 Gazebos Take Different Canopies

This is the mistake that costs people a hundred and fifty dollars.

• The older line, roughly 2012 to 2016. Model numbers GF-12S004B, GF-12S004B-1 or TPGAZ17-002, sold under Lowe’s SKUs 355094 and 510327.
• The newer line, roughly 2021 to 2025. The TPGAZ2303 and TPGAZ2403 series, including variants like TPGAZ2303A through D and TPGAZ2403A and C.

Both are ten feet by twelve. Their canopies are not interchangeable. Matching the footprint tells you nothing useful, so match the model number.

How to Find Your Gazebo Model Number

Gazebo makers rarely stamp the model number on the frame, so most owners have nothing to go on. Measure the frame rather than the old fabric, because fabric shrinks, stretches and tears, and a tape measure across a rotted canopy will give you the wrong answer.

Note these three things and your model can usually be identified:

• The frame shape and its actual measured dimensions
• Whether the roof is a single tier or dual tier
• Whether the fabric attaches with corner pockets or with Velcro

Who Makes Replacement Canopies

Garden Winds, APEX GARDEN, MasterCanopy, ALISUN, Flynama, LUXEYARD and Gazebo Parts Direct all make canopies cut to fit named Allen + Roth models. None of them is an OEM, a licensee, or authorised by Lowe’s.

These are aftermarket parts sold under their own brands, the same way a replacement wiper blade carries the blade maker’s name rather than the car maker’s. Lowe’s itself stocks Garden Winds and LUXEYARD tops for Allen + Roth gazebos. The thing to get right is fitment.

One thing worth knowing before you buy: fabric grade matters more than price. Garden Winds sells a standard 350 denier polyester, then RipLock 350, then RipLock 500. RipLock sews triple-thread gridlines into the fabric so a tear stops instead of running. The 500 is about half again as heavy as the 350. If your last canopy split along a seam and kept going, that is what RipLock is for.

Faucet Parts

Faucets are the best documented category. Lowe’s publishes per-part lists with individual orderable numbers, so you can ask for exactly one component instead of describing a drip down a phone line. For the Gillien utility faucet, for example, the ceramic disc cartridge is A507906N and the spray hose is A515220WGR.

Watch for finish suffixes. Handle assemblies are listed like A079207 followed by two letters, where CP is chrome, NP is stainless and BL is matte black. Order the number without the right suffix and you will get a working part in the wrong colour.

Faucets also carry the brand’s strongest warranty: lifetime against leaks and drips for the original owner. If yours is dripping and you have the receipt, that is a warranty call rather than a parts purchase. Details are on the warranty page.

Closet System Parts

Allen + Roth closet kits are supplied to Lowe’s by Whalen Furniture, and the parts follow a readable scheme: the model, then a dash, then a component number. On the LWSCSC and LWSCSBW kits, the long shelf is 00LWSCSC/LWSCSBW-22 and the complete hardware pack is 00LWSCSC/LWSCSBW-53.

Lowe’s also sells the brackets as ordinary retail items in Java, Antique Gray, White and Oil-rubbed Bronze, so for shelving hardware you often do not need the parts line at all.

One catch worth knowing before you call: the closet warranty excludes the shelves. The Hartford wood kit spells it out, warranting the product “exclusive of shelves”.

Light Shades and Glass

This is the category where people give up unnecessarily. The spec that matters is the fitter size, the neck diameter where the shade meets the fixture. It is not an Allen + Roth measurement, it is an industry standard, and 2-1/4 inch is by far the most common.

So if you broke a shade on an Allen + Roth fixture, you are not looking for an Allen + Roth shade. You are looking for a 2-1/4 inch fitter shade, and any brand’s will thread on. Lowe’s sells them individually with the fitter size in the product title, and so does every lighting parts supplier.

When a Part Is Discontinued

Sometimes the part is genuinely gone. Lowe’s does not publish any commitment to stock parts for a set number of years after a product is discontinued, so there is no set period to rely on.
